Terms And Conditions Of Booking
For the enjoyment of all our guests we have a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
Please contact us and await confirmation that your chosen dates are available before sending a deposit.
Your booking will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a £50 deposit. The balance being due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival date payment in full is required on booking. Please make cheques payable to H Barnes.
Unless by prior arrangement we request that you do not arrive before 3pm and that you vacate before 10am on your departure date. This is to ensure that the owners have enough time to prepare the cottages to a high standard.
Booking cancellation may be requested up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit will only be refunded if we are subsequently able to re let the cottage for that period. Within 4 weeks we will reimburse up to 75% of the total paid providing we have been able to re let for the full period in question. We strongly advise guests to obtain separate holiday cancellation insurance.
The owners of Duddingstone Lodge can accept no responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor; nor damage to vehicles or effects brought onto the property by visitors.
Notes
Weekly charges include bed linen, towels and electricity.
Normal letting period is Saturday 3pm through to Saturday 10 am.
